Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Expect an email containing tracking information within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

If your item needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, we will provide shipping details once we receive the item or once it has shipped directly from the manufacturer. 

Lead times are based off availability. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:

We use calculated shipping rates provided by our shipping providers. Rates are calculated at checkout and are set by our shipping providers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Currently we only ship international to Canada. You may email sales@activatedcarbondepot.com with a request for shipment to your desired country.

FREE SHIPPING ON ACTIVATED CARBON:

Our free shipping promotion for our activated carbon listings only applies to customers in the lower 48 states of the United States. 

Free Shipping promotion does not apply to orders requiring freight or orders receiving additional promotions or discounts.
